Hydro Bard HBP series 700 bar hydraulic pumps supply hydraulic power for industrial maintenance, lifting, pressing, assembly and other high-force applications. Hand, air and electric options cover different duty cycles, working environments and hydraulic system requirements.
The HBP-M hand pump needs no external power source, is easy to carry on site and directly drives 700 bar equipment such as hydraulic cylinders and nut splitters.
Designed for manual operation, hydraulic hand pumps offer portability, easy set-up and operation without an external power source.
Key features: Compact design, controlled pressure build-up and single- or two-stage operation depending on the model.
Used for: Hydraulic cylinders, nut splitters, pulling and assembly work.
Air-driven hydraulic pumps reduce the need for manual pumping in repetitive work and improve operational efficiency.
Key features: Pneumatic drive, less physical load on the operator and foot-pedal control on suitable models.
Used for: Industrial maintenance, nut splitting and hydraulic cylinder applications.
Electric motor-driven pump systems deliver controlled power for hydraulic work that needs high oil volumes or frequent repetition.
Key features: Electric drive, different flow options depending on the model and configurations suited to multi-cylinder systems.
Used for: Heavy industry, pressing, lifting, assembly and multi-cylinder applications.

A pump should not be chosen on maximum pressure alone. The total oil volume the system needs, the working speed and the cylinder type must also be considered.
A portable starting option that needs no electricity or compressor.
Detail the selected pump → This is a preliminary assessment; the final model and valve configuration are determined from your application's technical data.It pressurises hydraulic oil to supply the energy that hydraulic cylinders and other hydraulic tools need. The pressure is converted into force over the effective piston area of the cylinder.
The pump itself has no fixed tonnage. The lifting force is set by the effective piston area of the cylinder and the applied pressure. For example, a cylinder rated at about 10 tonnes can produce about 10 tonnes of force at the appropriate pressure.
A hand pump is operated by human effort, while an electric pump generates oil flow with a motor. Electric models can save time, especially with large oil volumes and repetitive work.
Yes. For a double-acting cylinder, select a pump system with a suitable directional control valve, connections and sufficient oil capacity.
Pricing depends on pump type, oil flow, tank capacity, valve system, motor power and the accessories included. Send us your application details and we will prepare a quotation for you.
Yes. Hydro Bard can quote a matching pump, HBS cylinder, HPH hose, pressure gauge and manifold together for your application.
Share the capacity of the hydraulic cylinder you will use, the oil volume required and your working conditions. We will evaluate the right solution for your system from hand, air and electric pump options.
