An ultra-high-pressure hose connecting bolt tensioners (HRT, HCK) and hydraulic nuts (HHN) to a 1500 bar pump. Polyhose PH904 hose with crimped end fittings, made up to the length your application needs.
A 1500 bar hydraulic hose assembly is a ready-to-use ultra-high-pressure hose with crimped end fittings. In hydraulic bolt tensioning and hydraulic nut systems it forms the line between pump, manifold and tools. Hydro Bard HSE assemblies are made with Polyhose PH904 hose.

Values are from the Polyhose PH904 datasheet and refer to the hose only; depending on the end connectors used, the working pressure of the complete assembly may be lower. Production-related variations of burst pressure of up to 10% are possible. PH904 sizes of 1/2″ and above are rated below 1500 bar and are not listed.

1500 bar is approximately 21,750 psi. In the Polyhose PH904 hose used in HSE assemblies the 1/4″, 5/16″ and 3/8″ sizes are rated 1500 bar and the 1/8″, 5/32″ and 3/16″ sizes 1800–2200 bar working pressure.
For PH904 the burst pressure is 2.5 times the working pressure (e.g. 1/4″: 1,500 bar working, 3,750 bar burst). According to the manufacturer, production-related variations of burst pressure of up to 10% are possible.
The datasheet working pressure refers to the hose only. Depending on the end connectors used, the permitted working pressure of the assembly may be lower, so the end fittings are chosen to keep the whole assembly in the 1500 bar class.
The end connection is chosen to match your pump outlet and your tensioner or hydraulic nut inlet, and is crimped on. State your equipment connection type with your order.
Length is set by your application. Tell us the distance between pump and tools and the number of tools; with a manifold, hose quantity and lengths are planned together.
1/8″: 110 mm · 5/32″: 130 mm · 3/16″: 150 mm · 1/4″: 180 mm · 5/16″ and 3/8″: 200 mm. Do not bend the hose tighter than this.
Continuous use from −30 °C to +60 °C for Polyhose PH904.
