Let’s Select Your Hydraulic System
Choose your application and enter size and quantity: the tool lists the tool model, pump class, manifold, and the number of hoses and gauges in one sheet. Send the list to the quotation form with one click.

Tools are selected from the model tables published on this site: HRT 11 models (M20–M150), HCK 12 models (M24–M64), HHN 20 standard sizes, HBS 24 models, HSP 9 models.
Bolt tensioning and hydraulic nuts are matched to a 1500 bar line, cylinders and nut splitters to 700 bar. Pump, hose, manifold and gauge come from the same class.
With more than one tool a manifold is added; hose count is the pump→manifold line plus one line per tool. Multi-point lifting adds a needle valve per point.
For bolt tensioning the number of passes follows from the simultaneous tool count; for lifting the total oil volume of the cylinders is calculated.
Depending on the application it sets the tool model, pump pressure class, manifold outlets, and the number of hoses, needle valves and gauges. For bolt tensioning it shows the number of passes from the simultaneous tool count; for lifting it shows load per point and total oil volume.
Models are first filtered by stud size. If a preload is entered, the model with enough capacity and a utilisation of 40–90% is chosen. Without a preload all models that fit the size are listed; the preload calculator can be used for the final choice.
Yes. The total load is divided by the number of points and cylinders are selected so that no more than 80% of their capacity is used. If a stroke is entered, the smallest-capacity model with enough stroke is recommended.
No. The tool gives a preliminary configuration. Hose lengths, connection types, pump model and site conditions are confirmed together at quotation stage. The "Request a quote for this system" button carries your selection into the quotation form.
Bolt tensioning and hydraulic nuts work at 1500 bar, cylinders and nut splitters at 700 bar. Every part on a line must be rated for the highest working pressure; a 700 bar hose, valve or gauge is never used on a 1500 bar line.
Carry the list into the quotation form or send it via WhatsApp; we configure tool, pump, hose and manifold together and prepare one quotation.
