Hydro Bard products are designed and manufactured at our plant in İvedik OIZ, Ankara, on our own machine park of 11 CNC machines. Design, material selection, machining, assembly and pressure testing all run under one roof. Our quality system is ISO 9001:2015 certified and our engineering activity is registered with the Chamber of Mechanical Engineers of Türkiye (TMMOB MMO).

We turn parts from Ø12 mm to Ø320 mm and mill up to 800 × 400 × 500 mm on our own machines. There is no waiting on an outside supplier between quoting a non-catalogue size and producing it.
Bodies, pistons and cylinder groups from Ø32 to Ø320 mm. Y-axis, 4-axis turning on the Mori Seiki NLX2500 Y; lengths up to 700 mm.
Precise small-diameter parts and series fasteners from Ø12 to Ø26 mm on three Citizen / Tsugami sliding-head lathes.
Blocks, bodies and connection parts up to 800 × 400 × 500 mm on the Kitamura Mycenter 3 xif (with indexer) and Maho vertical machining centres.
Before dispatch every tool is assembled, filled with oil and pressure tested. Our product families are in the 700 bar and 1500 bar classes.
High-pressure equipment is safe to the extent that it is both built right and documented right. Our quality system and our professional registration tie the two together.
