If your stud size is M70 or below, HRT5 (1,500 kN) may be more suitable; if M90 or above, HRT7 (3,200 kN) may be a better fit. At the M90 size, both models (HRT6/HRT7) can be used — in that case, model selection should be based on your target pre-tension value. The nut wrench size (A/F) on the HRT6 body varies by stud size: 105 mm for M72, 110 mm for M76, 115 mm for M80, 120 mm for M85, 130 mm for M90. Detailed dimensions are listed in the table above using letters A–G.
HRT6 works with the standard 1500 bar hydraulic pump and high-pressure hoses used across the series; it does not require a separate pump model and can be used with the same equipment fleet alongside other HRT models.
