Under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), your personal data obtained through this website (hydrobard.com) is processed, within the scope described below, by Hydro Bard Engineering (İvedik OSB, 1436. Cadde No:14, Yenimahalle/Ankara), acting as the data controller.
When you fill out the "Request a Quote" or "Contact" forms on our site, we electronically collect your full name, company name, email address, phone number, and any other message content you share in the form (including technical information such as product group, dimensions, target preload, and operating environment). In addition, while you browse the site, technical information such as your IP address and the time of form submission is kept in our server logs.
The personal data collected is processed in order to evaluate and respond to your request or quote inquiry, to contact you, to inform you about the products and services we offer, to maintain communication within the scope of a possible business relationship, and to fulfill our legal obligations. Your data is not sold or rented to third parties for marketing purposes.
Your personal data is processed on the basis of the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK, namely: "being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract," "compliance with a legal obligation," and "the data controller's legitimate interest, provided this does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject."
The information you submit through the form is processed solely through our website infrastructure's email delivery (SMTP) service, for the purpose of delivering your request to us by email. Your data is not shared with third parties or organizations except where legally required.
Your personal data is retained for as long as required by the purpose of processing, and, subject to the statutory limitation periods set out in applicable legislation, for a reasonable period thereafter; at the end of this period it is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.
This site does not currently use cookies for statistical or marketing purposes. Should a cookie-based analytics or advertising tool be introduced to the site infrastructure in the future, this policy will be updated and the necessary cookie consent mechanism will be added.
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is being processed; request information about such processing if it has taken place; learn the purpose of processing and whether your data is used in a manner consistent with that purpose; know the third parties to whom your data has been transferred, domestically or abroad; request the correction of your data if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly; request the deletion or destruction of your data under the conditions set out in the KVKK; request that any correction or deletion be notified to the third parties to whom your data has been transferred; object to a result arising to your detriment through the analysis of your processed data; and request compensation for damages should you suffer harm as a result of unlawful processing.
